Return Policy
Shopping online is convenient and easy, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Whether the item isn't the right size or color, or if it’s defective or damaged, we’re here to help you navigate the return process.
Eligibility for Free Replacement:
Products fulfilled by West Point, Prime eligible items, and some Seller Fulfilled items are eligible for free replacements, provided the conditions listed below are met.
If the item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced.
Conditions for Free Replacement:
To be eligible for a free replacement, the following conditions must apply:
The item must be within the return window and in stock with the same seller.
The item received is physically damaged.
The item is missing parts or accessories.
The item received differs from the description on the product page.
The item is defective and doesn’t function properly.
Exchange or Claims:
Unused products can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, as long as the items are in their original condition and you present the original receipt.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange, claim, or return.
Refund Policy:
No Refunds on COD: We do not offer refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Refunds may be allowed under exceptional circumstances depending on the mode of payment.
Credit/Debit Card Payment: If an item is out of stock, a refund will be processed to the same card used for the original purchase. You will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please allow 7 days for the processing of returns.
Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
Order Cancellations:
You can cancel your order anytime before it’s processed. Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent with tracking details, and only the Exchange/Claim Policy will apply.
West Point reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to: item out of stock, pricing errors, etc.
