Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once processed, your order will be handed over to our courier partner.
We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.
Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Major Cities: 1 – 3 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3 – 6 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout.
Free shipping may be available on selected products or minimum order values.
Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed before order confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery.
In case of repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.

WestPoint will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
If an order is lost during transit, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
